How to Legally Stop Paying Credit Cards

Note: A detailed downloadable PDF chapter will be released soon to go even deeper into this topic, including sample scripts, step-by-step guidance, and insider tricks most people don’t know exist.

Blog Post Content:

Let’s start with the big truth that nobody wants to say out loud: You are not obligated to financially enslave yourself to a rigged credit system designed to keep you chasing your tail.

The debt system, especially credit cards, was created by the Cabal as one of their primary tools of mass control. The moment you sign your name to a credit agreement, you unknowingly enter into a system of energetic and legal bondage. But here’s the real kicker — you can legally walk away from it, and they won’t tell you how.

And I’m here to tell you — I’ve done it.

I’ve stopped paying credit cards for over 30 years, and I’ve never once been arrested, sued, garnished, or even had a single consequence that mattered in the grand scheme of life. Why? Because I learned how the system really works. And I’m going to give you a few of those secrets here.

Start with This Truth: It’s Not Criminal, It’s Civil

There is no such thing as debtor’s prison in the United States. You cannot be arrested for non-payment of a credit card. Credit card debt is not criminal, it’s civil — and civil means they must sue you in a court of law. But guess what? 99.9% of them won’t.

They don’t want a court involved.

They just want you scared.

They want you afraid to open your mail, terrified to answer your phone, and willing to pay $30,000 on a $5,000 balance just to make it stop. But once you understand the laws, especially the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you’ll be the one in control — not them.

The Owl Trick: Say “Who?” and Hang Up

This one’s so simple it almost feels like a joke. But it’s not.

When they call you and ask, “Is this John Smith?” — respond with “Who?” like an owl.

You’re not lying. You are not your STRAWMAN — that all-caps version of your name they are reading off their script. They are calling for JOHN SMITH (legal fiction), not John Smith (living soul).

Don’t verify your identity. Don’t engage. Just be polite and say, “I’m sorry, there’s nobody here by that name.” Hang up.

If you engage, they trap you. If you don’t, they move on to another target. Energy doesn’t lie.

Put Them on Notice: Say It Once and Make It Count

If you ever choose to talk to them, say this on a recorded line:

“I have no intention of ever paying this debt. You are now legally put on notice that any future attempts to collect will be considered harassment and violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Your only legal remedy is to sue me in court. This call is now over.”

Hang up.

That’s it. Once you say that, if they continue to harass you with phone calls or mail, they are now in legal violation, and you can sue them. Most of the time, they’ll disappear — and your debt will be sold off to another collector, and the game resets.

You’re Probably Judgment-Proof Anyway

If you’re like most people, you don’t own a home in your name. You don’t have massive assets lying around. And you’re already tapped out just trying to make ends meet.

So what if they sue you and win a default judgment?
Let them wallpaper their walls with it.

You’re judgment-proof. It’s a scare tactic. But they can’t take what you don’t have — and they know it. Unless you hand them power through fear, they are powerless.

What About Your Credit?

Your credit score will take a hit.

So what?

Credit is not wealth. Credit is a leash.

They train you like a dog to guard a number that isn’t even yours. But once you unplug from that system, you realize you don’t need it. You’ll operate on cash, assets, and divine abundance — not fake paper IOUs and manufactured scarcity.

Don’t Feel Guilty — They Already Got Paid

When you used your credit card, the bank already got paid through your promissory note, derivatives, and interest. The collection process is a double-dip.

You’re not screwing over some poor bank. They’ve already sucked the life out of you ten times over. You’re just unplugging from the abuse.

Final Word (For Now)

We will be releasing a complete PDF download soon to go even deeper. It will include:

  • Sample letters and phone call scripts

  • Explanations of strawman/legal fiction

  • Timeline of what happens when you stop paying

  • How to document calls and interactions

  • How to recognize debt-buyers and fake collectors

  • Spiritual and emotional healing from debt shame

This post is just the beginning.

The truth is: you don’t owe them what they claim.
And more importantly, you owe yourself freedom.
