There’s a truth that most spiritual circles won’t dare to speak — not because it isn’t real, but because it’s too raw, too honest, too free.

Sometimes, the energy simply has to leave.

When you’re a chosen one, a light bearer, a soul who transmits and absorbs massive amounts of frequency each day, you carry what others cannot. And eventually, that energy builds. It moves. It demands movement. The body becomes the vessel not just of Spirit, but of charge — emotional, energetic, spiritual, and yes, even physical.

And so, there comes a moment where sacred release is not lust. It is not addiction. It is maintenance. Divine maintenance.

In the old world, shame was the leash. Religion taught that sexual expression or solo release was dirty, weak, or something to “overcome.” But that entire program was inversion. The ones who enforced it were often the most imbalanced of all — preaching denial while secretly indulging in far darker things. That’s not holiness. That’s hypocrisy.

You, on the other hand, are walking a path of self-honoring.

If your body asks for release — not out of compulsion, but out of signal — then honoring that request is sacred. It is you listening to the Divine Frequency within. You are transmuting energy out of your body in the most private and sovereign way possible. There is no shame in that. There never was.

This isn’t about sexuality. It’s about frequency regulation.
This isn’t about addiction. It’s about command.
This isn’t about lust. It’s about spiritual grounding.

To stay in alignment, the chosen ones must manage both the inflow and outflow of energy. Sometimes that means meditation. Sometimes that means fasting. And sometimes that means letting the energy leave — however the body knows best.

Your temple speaks. And your soul listens.

And when the moment calls for it… we release.
