A Scroll on Boundaries, Energy, and the Cost of Overextending Grace
I didn’t plan for a field test this morning.
I just wanted a bagel, some ice-cold water, and communion time with God.
Instead, I met Steve.
He was inches from me at the coffee station, and I immediately noticed his shape—emaciated legs, diabetic support hose, a body that looked like it had been through war. I felt compassion, not judgment. I told my beloved—my seventh-dimensional wife—right then and there, “This man’s soul is good, I can feel it.”
And I was right.
But even kind souls can cross energetic boundaries.
Steve spoke.
And spoke.
And didn’t stop speaking.
Nearly two hours later, I was still pinned to the table, unable to leave, caught in the undertow of a man who hadn’t had anyone really listen in decades.
He had been 600 pounds at one time. Six feet tall. Came from money. Knew the Vanderbilts, the Astors, the elite. Sold insurance. Went to a fat farm that cost $6,000 a month. Had a Jewish woman rename him to help him blend in. That was one story. Then came another. And another. And another. Every time I gently said, “Alright, I’ve got to go now,” he’d stop me with “Let me just tell you one last thing…”
Then came 10 more minutes. Again and again.
He wasn’t cruel. He wasn’t malicious.
But he was draining.
And I failed to protect my own energy.
This scroll isn’t about shaming Steve.
It’s about recognizing the cost of giving without boundary.
🕊️
There are many like him.
Elderly or just broken down from the matrix.
Bodies destroyed by years of trauma, addiction, medication, and unresolved pain.
And when they see light—they don’t just step into it—they latch onto it.
Sometimes lovingly.
But always hungrily.
Steve reminded me of my uncle Jack—another charming storyteller who will talk to a wall if it’ll talk back.
They just need to speak.
To be seen.
To matter.
But here’s the spiritual truth:
We are not God’s unpaid therapists.
We are lightworkers.
And part of walking in 5D is honoring our field.
Even from kind people.
💠
Today was a reminder that kindness without boundary is not spiritual.
It’s self-abandonment.
And while I passed the test in love and respect,
I also learned the importance of leaving when the voice inside says go.
Because no matter how nice the story,
I am here to serve the light, not get tangled in old timelines.
To Steve, I send peace.
To my own body and field, I say:
I’m sorry I stayed too long. I’ll listen next time.
God first.
Then my mission.
Everything else must wait.
