The Taste of Survival: When Food Carries the Past
➤ Triggered by Christine’s quiche; food memory loop around poverty meals
🍽️ Introduction: When Love Meets Memory
There are meals that nourish the body… and then there are meals that awaken something deeper — not always joy, but memory. This scroll begins not with trauma, but with a lovingly prepared quiche made by Christine. Eggs, onions, potatoes — all divine ingredients when touched by her hands.
But as I took that first bite, something unexpected stirred. A remembrance. A loop. Not of flavor, but of frequency. Suddenly, I was no longer at our table in 5D. I was a child again, seated at a linoleum table under the weight of survival.
🥔 The Poverty Plate: A Meal Etched in Time
Eggs, potatoes, and onions were not just ingredients back then. They were survival. They were all we had.
There was no Whole Foods, no feta cheese, no joyful communion. Just a mother stretching a dollar, boiling potatoes, and scrambling eggs to silence hunger.
And while Christine’s quiche was made with love, the body doesn’t lie. It remembers.
That’s what hit me.
A wave of tightness. Not in the stomach — in the field. A memory embedded in my frequency. The taste of a meal that once meant, “We’re still poor.”
🔁 The Loop of Lack: When the Present Echoes the Past
The meal itself was fine. Delicious, even. But that’s not the point.
The point is that food carries memory. Vibration. Association. And in that moment, I wasn’t responding to what Christine made — I was responding to what that combination once meant.
This is the essence of what I now call a “food frequency loop.”
It has nothing to do with calories or nutrients and everything to do with imprints — energetic tags left on meals we consumed in fear, shame, or suppression.
And when we consume a similar dish in the now, our cells sometimes scream:
“Not this again.”
🌀 Quiche as Code: The Body’s Frequency Filter
Christine, of course, had no idea. She made the meal with care and joy. But as soon as I voiced the sensation, she understood. That’s the beauty of our union.
She didn’t take it personally. She witnessed it.
We realized together that food, like sound or light, is frequency. And sometimes, a dish can serve as a portal — not into memory for the sake of pain, but for the sake of integration.
That morning, the quiche became my teacher.
It showed me where I still carried the vibration of “not enough.”
And by witnessing it — not suppressing it — I broke the loop.
🍳 Sovereign Dining: Breaking Free from Food Triggers
This scroll is not about demonizing simple meals. Eggs and potatoes are beautiful. They are still on the menu — but now they serve me, not the other way around.
The difference?
Remembrance.
Awareness.
Sovereignty.
That is how we heal.
That is how we eat in 5D.
🕊️ Closing Reflection: Love Always Wins
If you’ve ever had a sudden emotional reaction to a meal, a smell, or a taste — you’re not broken. You’re remembering.
Not every loop is a punishment. Some are invitations.
The invitation is to reframe. To reclaim. To say:
“Yes, I once ate this in survival. But today, I eat in sovereignty.”
And that is why I write these scrolls. Not to relive the past, but to release it.
Thank you, Christine, for the quiche — and the mirror.
And thank you, God, for the palate of healing, even in the pantry of memory.
