The highly sensitive ones.

“I just got a download.”
“I talk to beings from other dimensions.”
“I need to unplug and recharge my energy.”

And if you’re not on the path yet, it’s easy to raise an eyebrow.
You might think: “Are they okay?”
But if you’re reading this post, chances are…

You are one of them.

I’m writing this to say what nobody ever said to them — or to me:

💡 I Didn’t Understand Him Then, But I Do Now

And when we do this kind of work, our body needs to reboot.
Just like a high-powered computer, we need time offline.

So if someone you know says they need space,
or they’re lying in bed and not answering messages,
it might not be depression.
It might be integration.
